A one-pot procedure for the regioselective introduction of two different three-carbon units, allyl and malononitrile functionalities, to C–C triple bonds was established. 建立了一个一锅法,将两个不同的三个碳原子单元(烯丙基和丙二腈官能团)区域选择性引入CC三键。转化过程是通过膦催化的烯丙基丙二腈向膦酸酯的1,4-加成反应以及微波加热的Cope重排而实现的,从而在炔酸酯平台上实现了双向碳链延伸。操作简单,简洁的碳骨架结构和高原子经济性应使本方法对结构复杂的有机分子的合成具有吸引力。
