  在镍催化剂和烷氧基钛存在下，实现了亲核性磺酰胺不良的不对称还原胺化反应。大量的酮，包括可烯醇化的酮和一些联芳基的酮，都以极好的对映体过量转化为磺酰胺。氨基磺酸盐的环化和二芳基次膦酰胺的分子间还原胺化也成功。甲酸被用作安全，经济的高压氢气替代品。
