A novel chiral ammonia borane was designed and developed through the dehydrogenation of ammonia borane with a chiral phosphoric acid, which was highly effective for the asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of imines and β‐enamino esters to afford high levels of reactivities and enantioselectivities.
