  The invention provides polymer conjugates of protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitors comprising a polymer, such as poly(ethylene glycol), covalently attached to a PKC inhibitor, such as a bisindolylmaleimide molecule. The linkage between the polymer and the PKC inhibitor is preferably hydrolytically degradable.
