Undecyl phosphate derivatives with new fluorescent labels, 11-[(2-pyridyl)amino]undecyl phosphate and 11-[(9-anthracenylcarbonyl)amino]undecyl phosphate, were synthesized. These compounds were shown to be acceptor substrates of the galactosyl phosphate residue in the enzymatic reaction catalyzed by galactosyl phosphotransferase from Salmonella anatum or Salmonella newport membrane preparations.

(EN) The invention concerns novel mesogenic metallic complexes which can be polymerized photochemically in their liquid crystalline state and correspond to formula (I), in which at least one of the two R groups is a group which can be polymerized photochemically and M is a metal, in particular zinc. The invention also concerns a process for photochemically polymerizing these complexes, and the resultant columnar anisotropic liquid-crystalline polymers containing one metallic centre per monomer unit.(FR) L'invention a trait à de nouveaux complexes métalliques mésogènes susceptibles d'être polymérisés par voie photochimique dans leur état liquide cristallin et répondant à la formule (I) dans laquelle au moins un des deux groupes R est une fonction polymérisable par voie photochimique et M est un métal, en particulier le zinc.
