Described herein are compounds of Formula (S-I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. Compounds described herein are useful for inhibiting arginine methyltransferase activity. Methods of using the compounds for treating arginine methyltransferase-mediated disorders are also described.
The present disclosure relates generally to toll like receptor modulator compounds, such as diamino pyrido[3,2 D]pyrimidine compounds and pharmaceutical compositions which, among other things, modulate toll-like receptors (e.g. TLR-8), and methods of making and using them.
Compounds of formula I:

are useful in treating diseases prevented by or ameliorated with potassium channel openers. Also disclosed are potassium channel opening compositions and a method of opening potassium channels in a mammal.

5-trioxacyclohexane < ethanol < isobutane < THF < Etsub3}SiH. The observed selectivities generally parallel those for homodimerization, reported in the preceding paper, but certain differences are noted, and reasons for the differences are proposed. The bond-dissociation energymore » of Etsub3}SiH is estimated from the reactivity data to be 90 kcal/mol. Eleven new carbinols are synthesized. 39 refs., 6 tabs

The deaminative hydrogenation of nitriles towards alcohols is a useful reaction to transform nitriles into alcohols with NH3 as the sole byproduct. Using the simple and robust RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 complex as a catalyst, at low H2 pressures a series of aliphatic and aromaticnitriles could be transformed into the corresponding alcohols. Suitable solvent systems for these reactions were 1,4‐dioxane/water
