Two binucleariron(III) phthalocyanine-(μ-oxodimer) complexes were tested in catalytic oxygenation reactions of several aromatichydrocarbons using iodosylbenzene (PhIO)n or oligomeric iodosylbenzenesulfate [(PhIO)3SO3]n as the oxidants.
