Herein, efficient chiral recognition of phosphine oxides with octahedral indium complexes was demonstrated. Direct chiral analysis of in situ-prepared phosphine oxides formed using phosphines and hydrogen peroxide was conducted effectively via 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
