Isoxazoline insecticides have been shown to be potent blockers of insect GABA receptors with excellent activity on a broad pest range, including Lepidoptera and Hemiptera. Visualizing Proteins in Human Cells at Near‐Physiological Concentrations with Sensitive 19F NMR Chemical Tags

By using sensitive19FNMRchemicaltags, globular proteins (6–40.5 kD) were observed in humancells at concentrations as low as 1.0 μM after electroporation delivery. The method further enabled the quantification of protein-protein interactions in humancells, demonstrating a practical approach for studying the conformations and dynamics of human-derived proteins in their native conditions.

Synthesis and Suzuki Cross-Coupling Reactions of 2,6-Bis(trifluoromethyl)pyridine-4-boronic Acid Pinacol Ester
