An Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticle-supported Mn (II)-azo Schiff complex acts as a heterogeneous catalyst in alcoholysis of epoxides

Résumé In this paper, an azo-containing Schiff base complex of manganese [Mn2+-azo ligand@APTES-SiO2@Fe3O4] immobilized on chemically modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles has been used as a magnetically retrievable catalyst for the alcoholysis of different epoxides to their corresponding alkoxy alcohols with methanol, ethanol and n-propanol. The newly magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM).
Résumé 本文将固定在化学修饰的 Fe3O4 纳米粒子上的含偶氮的锰希夫碱配合物[Mn2+-偶氮配体@APTES-SiO2@Fe3O4]作为磁性可回收催化剂,用于用甲醇、乙醇和正丙醇将不同的环氧化物醇解为相应的烷氧基醇。傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散 X 射线分析(EDX)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对新的磁性纳米粒子(MNPs)进行了表征。
