    本发明涉及一种膦酸酯阻燃剂及其制备方法和应用。该膦酸酯阻燃剂,其结构式如下:结构式中,R1或者R2表示直链烷基、支链烷基、环状烷基或芳基结构。该制备方法,包括:1)环状磷酸酐和二元醇或者二酚按照摩尔比1:1‑1.2在120‑130℃下惰性气体气氛中进行开环醇解反应,得到甲基丙酸基酯次膦酸;2)甲基丙羧基酯次膦酸在催化剂作用下与二元醇或者二酚于150‑160℃下于惰性气体气氛中继续酯化反应,得到膦酸酯阻燃剂。本发明还包括上述膦酸酯阻燃剂在制备阻燃复合材料中的应用。本发明提出的膦酸酯阻燃剂从聚合物中的迁移和渗出较少,另外,膦酸酯的加入对树脂的力学性能影响较小。

    A polyester polymerization catalyst consisting mainly of components except for antimony compounds or germanium compounds which exhibits an excellent catalyst activity and yields a highly thermally stable polyester whose thermal degradation upon a melt process is suppressed efficiently without any need of an inactivation or a removal of the catalyst, a polyester obtained using said polyester polymerization catalyst, and a method for producing a polyester using said polyester polymerization catalyst are provided. A polyester polymerization catalyst is one which contains no antimony or germanium, whose activity parameter (AP) fulfills the relationship: AP(min)<2T (min), which gives, when used in a polymerization, a thermal stability degree (TD) of a resultant polyethylene terephthalate fulfilling the requirement: TD (%)<25, and which comprises a metal-containing component and an organic compound component having an Ar-O- and/or an Ar-N< unit. A polyester can be used in various molded articles such as a fiber, a film, a sheet and a hollow article.

    The present invention related to a thermoplastic resin composition for masterbatches, comprising an organophosphorus compound represented by General Formula (1): wherein R1 and R2 each represent an organic group or a halogen atom, and m and n each represent an integer of 0 to 4, and when m or n is an integer of 2 to 4, R1 and R2 may be the same or different, and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermoplastic resin composition for masterbatches contains a phosphorus content of 5000 ppm or more. The thermoplastic resin composition for masterbatches can easily be molded even when it has high phosphorus content and thus flame retardancy.

    A flame-retardant polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The flame-retardant polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of physically recycled polyester chips. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips and mixed with the physically recycled polyester resin. The plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips further includes chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips. The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives in the polyester film is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight. The flame-retardant polyester film further includes a flame-retardant additive.
