应用广泛,5-乙酰氨基萘-1-磺酰氯可用作医药合成中间体和有机合成中间体,主要应用于实验室研发过程及化工医药合成中。
制备方法如下:将3 mL(45 mmol)的氯磺酸加入到0.55 g(2 mmol)的5-(乙酰氨基)-1-萘磺酸钠中,在室温下搅拌反应3小时。随后,缓慢滴加至40 mL冰水中并搅拌,待沉淀生成后过滤、干燥,最终得到紫色固体5-乙酰氨基萘-1-磺酰氯。
