4'-去甲基博福凝索碱是链格孢(Lternaria alternata)S-f6的生物转化中间产物。经过4-(2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪-1)-4TMP修饰后，产生的新型化合物能够强烈抑制人胃癌细胞系(BGC-823)的生长。
