A palladium catalyzed reaction of (3-formylindol-4-yl)thallium(III) bistrifluoroacetate with 2-methyl-4-trimethylsilyl-3-butyn-2-ol gave 4-(2,2,3,5,5-pentamethyl-1-oxa-2-sila-3-cyclopenten-4-yl)indole-3-carboxaldehyde.
通过钯催化 (3-formylindol-4-yl)thallium(III) bistrifluoroacetate 与 2-甲基-4-三甲基硅基-3-丁炔-2-醇的反应,得到 4-(2,2,3,5,5-五甲基-1-氧杂-2-硅杂-3-环戊烯-4-基)吲哚-3-甲醛。
