1H‐ und 13C‐NMR‐spektroskopischeUntersuchungen ergaben, daß Dehydrocholsäure (5) und Alonimid (10) sich im alkalischen Milieu mit NMN zuden stark fluoreszierenden 2,7‐Naphthyridin‐derivaten 6 und 11 umsetzen. Diese Reaktion wurde für eine empfindliche Gehaltsbestimmung von beiden Arzneistoffen verwendet. Die Methode ist genau, empfindlich und zuverlässig. Die Nachweisgrenzen lagen bei 50ng/ml Dehydrocholsäure
