制备方法与用途

概述

目前，偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐的常规制备工艺一般分为三步：首先使用氯气或双氧水等氧化剂将氢化偶氮腈氧化为偶氮腈；接着在甲醇和氯化氢的存在下进行Pinner反应，生成偶氮亚氨醚盐酸盐；最后通过通氨气使偶氮亚氨醚盐酸盐分散于醇中，得到偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐。然而，该工艺存在路线长、难以控制、产生大量废水，不利于环保，且收率较低等诸多缺点，不适用于工业化规模生产。

用途

偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐在生化反应中用作自由基引发剂，在生化研究中作为聚合反应的引发剂。它还被用作合成医药、染料等化学品的中间体和引发剂，适用于丙烯酸、乙烯基及烯丙基单体的聚合引发。
