    A polycarbonate resin composition, a molded article, a polycarbonate resin, and an end-capping agent for polycarbonate resins are provided. The polycarbonate resin composition contains: a polycarbonate resin having a terminal structure represented by Formula (A) and having a viscosity average molecular weight from 1×10 4 to 5×10 4 , and a stabilizer. In Formula (A), R 1 is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, halogen atoms, linear alkyl groups having from 1 to 9 carbons, branched alkyl groups having from 3 to 9 carbons, linear alkenyl groups having from 2 to 9 carbons, branched alkenyl groups having from 3 to 9 carbons, and aryl groups having from 6 to 12 carbons; and R 2 to R 7 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, alkyl groups having from 1 to 9 carbons, and alkoxy groups having from 1 to 9 carbons.

    An aromatic polycarbonate resin composition is obtained by removing a solvent from a resin solution that is obtained by dissolving an aromatic polycarbonate resin-A that has a viscosity-average molecular weight of 3,000-25,000 and an aromatic polycarbonate resin-B that has a viscosity-average molecular weight of 50,000-90,000 into the solvent. The aromatic polycarbonate resin-A is contained in an amount of 99-50% by mass and the aromatic polycarbonate resin-B is contained in an amount of 1-50% by mass relative to the total mass of the aromatic polycarbonate resin-A and the aromatic polycarbonate resin-B; a plate-like molded article having thickness of 3.0 mm and molded from the aromatic polycarbonate resin composition has a haze value of 2% or less; and the number of unmelted polycarbonate pieces having a length of 100 μm or more and present within a region of 5 cm×3 cm in the plate-like molded article is 10 or less.

    A fire-retardant polycarbonate resin composi­tion comprising 100 parts by weight of a halogen atom-­free conventional polycarbonate resin having a vis­cosity-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 30,000, a fire retardant in an amount necessary for imparting fire retardance, and 5 to 60 parts by weight of a halogen atom-free ultrahigh-molecular-weight polycarbonate resin having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 250,000, said composition showing a flow value of 0.01 to 0.3 cm³/sec when measured at 280°C under a load of 180 kg/cm² using a die having a hole diameter of 1 mm and a length of 10 mm and performance rated at class V-0 when conducting a burning test in accordance with a UL-94 test about a test piece having a thickness of 1 mm.

    The present invention provides: a new synthetic resin laminated sheet in which whitening, cracking, and foaming do not occur when thermoforming is carried out, in particular when deep-draw molding is carried out, and in which defects similarly do not occur during lamination of a hard coating layer; and a molded article obtained by molding said laminated sheet. Provided is a synthetic resin laminated sheet which has a coating layer, which is configured to include an acrylic resin (B), laminated on one surface of a substrate layer comprising a polycarbonate resin (A) in which a monohydric phenol represented by general formula (1) is used as a chain terminator and which is obtained by reacting said monohydric phenol with a dihydric phenol and a carbonate binding agent and has a viscosity average molecular weight of 18000-35000. (In the formula, R1 represents a C8-36 alkyl group or a C8-36 alkenyl group. R2-R5 each represent hydrogen, halogen, or an optionally substituted C1-20 alkyl group or C6-12 aryl group).
