    A compound of Formula I: R1-L1-C(A)(A′)-CH 2 , -L2-R2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for use in medicine, for example in the treatment of a disease or condition selected from the group comprising cancer, autistic spectrum disorders.
