Inverting cellobiosephosphorylase (CtCBP) and cellodextrin phosphorylase (CtCDP) from Clostridium thermocellum ATCC27405 of glycoside hydrolase family 94 catalysed reverse phosphorolysis to produce cellobiose and cellodextrins in 57% and 48% yield from α-d-glucose 1-phosphate as donor with glucose and cellobiose as acceptor, respectively. Use of α-d-glucosyl 1-fluoride as donor increased product yields

Methods are provided for the sequential removal of monosaccharides from the reducing end of oligosaccharides. The present invention also discloses the use of such methods for structural determinations of oligosaccharides and to enable new structures to be generated from pre-existing oligosaccharides. In addition, the methods of the present invention may be automated by the incorporation into systems.

Described herein is a composition useful for inducing expression of genes whose expression is under control of an inducible promoter sequence and methods for the compositions preparation and use.
The invention describes compositions that include at least 0.5% by weight of rebaudioside D, and formulations that provide ratios of rebaudioside A to rebaudioside D to decrease the aftertaste of rebaudioside A.
本发明描述了包含至少 0.5%(按重量计)雷公藤皂甙 D 的组合物,以及提供雷公藤皂甙 A 和雷公藤皂甙 D 比例以减少雷公藤皂甙 A 后味的配方。
