3-(氯甲基)-2-甲基-1,1′-联苯是制备拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂联苯菊酯的关键中间体。3-(氯甲基)-2-甲基-1,1′-联苯传统合成工艺复杂,涉及亚硫酰氯、氢化铝锂、碘甲烷等高毒、高风险试剂,造成严重的环境问题和安全问题。在此,开发了一种简便有效的3-(氯甲基)-2-甲基-1,1'-联苯的合成方法。合成过程由6步缩短至仅4步,并避免使用高毒、高风险试剂。此外,通过简单的纯化过程可以高产率(73.9%)获得3-(氯甲基)-2-甲基-1,1'-联苯。与传统的合成工艺相比,本文报道的3-(氯甲基)-2-甲基-1,1'-联苯的合成工艺更加环保、高效。
