A desired 2-fluorinated acyl-3-aminoacrylonitrile derivative represented by the following Formula (3) is obtained by reacting a fluorinated acyl derivative with an aminoacrylonitrile derivative. In Formula (3), Rf represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which is substituted with at least one fluorine atom, R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or the like, and R3 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or the like.
