  (EN) The invention is concerned with compounds of general formula (I) wherein R1 and R3 each independently signify hydrogen, aryl, carbamoyl, lower-alkyl-carbonyl, lower-alkyl, halogen, lower-alkyl-carbonyl-amino, lower-alkenyl-carbonyl-amino, amino, arylamino, aryloxy, nitro, aryl-acetyl, lower-alkanoyl-lower-alkyl, alkyl-sulphonyl-amino, ureido or furan-2-yl-carbonyl-amino and R2 signifies hydrogen, lower-alkyl, trifluoromethyl, halogen, lower-alkoxy, lower-alkyl-carbonyl or lower-alkyl-carbonyl-amino or R1 and R2 together can be -OCH2O-, -O(CH2)2O- or -(CH2)3-, R4 signifies hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, lower-alkyl, lower-alkoxy or nitro, R5 signifies hydrogen, halogen or lower-alkoxy, R6 signifies hydrogen, lower-alkyl, halogen, hydroxy, amino, lower-alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, nitro or lower-alkyl-carbonyl-amino and R7 signifies hydrogen or lower-alkyl-carbonyl, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts of compounds of formula (I), for the treatment or prevention of illnesses which are caused by disorders of the dopamine system, and, respectively, for the production of corresponding medicaments.(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à des composés de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R1 et R3 représentent indépendamment hydrogène, aryle, carbamoyle, alkyle inférieur-carbonyle, alkyle inférieur, halogène, alkyle inférieur-carbonylamino, alcényle inférieur-carbonylamino, amino, arylamino, aryloxy, nitro, arylacétyle, alcanoyle inférieur-alkyle inférieur, alkylsulfonylamino, uréido ou furan-2-yl-carbonyl-amino; et R2 représente hydrogène, alkyl inférieur, trifluorométhyle, halogène, alcoxy inférieur, alkyl inférieur-carbonyle ou alkyle inférieur-carbonylamino; ou R1 et R2 peuvent être ensemble -OCH2O-, -O(CH2)2O- ou -(CH2)3-; R4 représente hydrogène, halogène, hydroxy, alkyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur ou nitro; R5 représente hydrogène, halogène ou alcoxy inférieur; R6 représente hydrogène, alkyl inférieur, halogène, hydroxy, amino, alcoxy inférieur, trifluorométhyle, nitro ou alkyle inférieur-carbonylamino; et R7 représente hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur-carbonyle; ainsi que des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables des composés de formule (I), pour le traitement ou la prévention de maladies causées par des troubles du système de la dopamine et, respectivement, pour la fabrication des médicaments correspondants.
