制备方法与用途

化学性质
贝前列素钠（Beraprost Sodium）：C₂₄H₂₉NaO₅。这是一种白色吸湿性粉末，无特殊气味。它极易溶于甲醇，易溶于乙醇或水，较易溶于异丙醇，几乎不溶于乙醚。

用途
贝前列素钠用于治疗慢性动脉闭塞症引起的溃疡、疼痛及冷感症状。

生产方法
通过将醇（I）在无水苯和吡啶中用二甲亚砜-二环己基碳化二亚胺（DCC）氧化脱氢得到醛（Ⅱ）。随后，在氩气保护下，迅速加入膦化物（Ⅲ）和乙二醇二甲醚中的氢化钠溶液进行缩合反应，生成化合物（Ⅳ），产率约为80%。接着使用氢化铝锂还原得到44%的化合物（V），最后通过水解最终制备出贝前列素。
