  1,5-Disubstituted 1,2,4-triazole-3-carbamides represented by the general formula (I): wherein R' is alkyl of one to three carbon atoms, chloro, fluoro, iodo. trifluoromethyl or nitro, R2 is hydrogen, methyl or chloro, R3 is hydrogen or methyl but excluding 1-(4-methylphenyl)-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carbamide, and their acid addition salts, are provided.
