    摘要:
    Four new ketides, frondhyperins A-D (1-4), were isolated from the aerial parts of Hypericum frondosum cv. Sunburst. The structures of 1-4 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and chemical conversions. The absolute configuration of 2 was assigned by comparison of the experimental ECD spectrum with TDDFT calculated spectrum, while those of 1 and 3 were revealed by their chemical correlation of 2. In contrast, 4 was shown to be a racemate. Frondhyperins A-D (1-4) had novel chemical structures comprising short ketide and phenylketide moieties in common.
