    据报道,条件允许通过连续的钯催化反应使二苯并[ b,f ] a庚烷发生C10-和C11-芳基化。使用芳基溴化物作为芳基来源,二苯并[ b,f ]氮杂环庚烷的C10芳基化反应具有很高的选择性。然后,使用苯磺酰氯作为芳基源,在C11位进行第二次芳基化反应,得到不对称的C10,C11二芳基化二苯并[ b,f ]氮杂。两种反应均能耐受芳基源上的各种取代基。
