  摘要：

  Treatment of readily available alpha,alpha-difluoro- and alpha-fluoroarylacetic acids with Selecffluor under Ag(I) catalysis led to decarboxylative fluorination. This operationally simple reaction gave access to tri- and difluoromethylarenes applying a late-stage fluorination strategy. Translation to [F-18]labeling is demonstrated using [F-18]Selectfluor bis(triflate), a reagent affording [F-18]tri- and [F-18]difluoromethylarenes not within reach with [F-18]F-2.

  A decarboxylating alkynylation of α,α-difluoroarylacetic acids with ethynylbenziodoxolone reagents is reported. AgNO3 serves as the catalyst and K2S2O8 as the oxidant. A series of functional groups were tolerated, and moderate to good yields were obtained.

  [18F]arylCF3 and [18F]arylCHF2 derivatives from arylCF2Br and arylCHFCl precursors applying a silver-mediated halogen exchange with [18F]fluoride. In the absence of Ag(I)OTf, no reaction takes place at room temperature for both classes of substrates; this result demonstrates the beneficial role of silver(I) as a means to induce 18F-incorporation under very mild conditions.
