    通过使用二环己基碳二亚胺使三氟和二氟乙酰化的硫代氨基脲进行杂环化, 已经建立了一种方便有效的2-芳基氨基-5-氟烷基-1,3,4-恶二唑的方法。在碱性条件下用选定的硫代氨基脲进行的杂环化反应以中等收率得到了4-芳基-5-氟烷基-2,4-二氢-3 H -1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮。通过用相应的酸酐对苄氧羰基保护的肼进行氟乙酰化,然后进行氢解脱保护并与芳基异硫氰酸酯反应,来制备起始的氟乙酰化的硫代氨基脲。氟乙酰化的氨基脲的制备方法相似,但所有实现其杂环化的尝试均未成功。

    4-Substituted thiosemicarbazides react with di- and trifluoroacetic acids to give the corresponding 3-fluoroalkyl-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-5(1H)-thiones. Condensation of 4,4-disubstituted thiosemicarbazides with trifluoroacetic acid leads to formation of 2-amino-5-trifluoromethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles.

    Abstract

    An easy to handle high-efficient approach to 5-polyfluoroalkyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones (11 examples, up to 91% yield) is reported. The tautomerism of thione and thiol forms for the obtained products is discussed. A one step procedure for 6,6-dimethyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazole formation from trifluoroacetic acid and 4-methallylthiosemicarbazide has been developed. The structures of the products were unambiguously determined by complex NMR investigation and by single crystal X-ray diffraction.

    The present invention provides an organic semiconductor composition, which improves the insulation reliability of an organic thin-film transistor without greatly reducing the mobility of the organic thin-film transistor, an organic thin-film transistor which is formed by using the organic semiconductor composition, and electronic paper and a display device which use the organic thin-film transistor. The organic semiconductor composition of the present invention contains an organic semiconductor material and an F-containing migration inhibitor selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by any of Formulae (1) to (8), a polymer compound (X) containing a repeating unit represented by Formula (A), and a polymer compound (Y) containing a repeating unit represented by Formula (B) and a repeating unit represented by Formula (C).

    A convenient and efficient approach to 2-arylamino-5-fluoroalkyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles has been established via heterocyclization of tri- and difluoroacetylated thiosemicarbazides using dicyclohexylcarbodiimide.
