  从铜的铜螯合物合成未知的2-（1-烷基（芳基）-4-氧代5,6,7,8-四氟-1,4-二氢喹啉-3-基）乙醛酸及其酯的方法开发了五氟苯甲酰基丙酮酸乙酯。1-芳基（烷基）-3-乙氧基-5,6,7,8-四氟喹啉-4-酮与邻苯二胺和邻氨基苯酚反应生成相应的喹啉-3-基喹喔啉酮和喹啉-3-基苯并恶嗪。相同的杂环与邻氨基苯硫酚作用，生成乙基-2-（7-（2-氨基苯硫基）-1-芳基-5,6,8-三氟喹诺酮-3-基）-2-（2-巯基苯基亚氨基）羟基乙酸酯。1-芳基-3-乙氧基-（杂基）-5,6,7,8-四氟喹诺酮与吗啉的相互作用根据反应条件产生7-单-和5,7-二取代的产物。

  The direction of reactions of 2-ethoxycarbonyl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro- and 2-carboxy-5,6,7,8-tetrafluorochromones with ammonia, methylamine, hexylamine, and aniline depends on the inductive effect of the substituent at position C-2 of the chromone and on the basicity of the amine. Nucleophilic aromatic substitution of a fluorine atom takes place in the interaction of 2-ethoxycarbonyl-5,6,7,8-tetrafluorochrome with secondary amines (morpholine, N-methylpiperazine) and ethylenediamine.

  Methods for the synthesis of the earlier unknown N-substituted 2-(5,6,7,8-tetrafluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinolin-3-yl)glyoxylic acids and their esters from copper chelate of ethyl pentafluorobenzoylpyruvate were developed.
