Abstract A simple and highly efficient protocol has been developed for the Pd/C-catalyzed ligand-free Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of potassium aryltrifluoroborates. In this catalytic system, the results demonstrate that oxygen plays a positive role in the cross-coupling reaction.
