  (EN) Pharmaceutical composition comprising as active ingredient a compound of general Formula (I), wherein R1 stands for straight or branched chain alkyl comprising 1 to 8 carbon atoms; phenyl alkyl having 7 to 10 carbon atoms; phenyl; or cycloalkyl comprising 3 to 8 carbon atoms; R2 stands for straight or branched chain alkyl comprising 1 to 8 carbon atoms, alkyl comprising 1 to 8 carbon atoms substituted by halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or by one or two phenyl groups; phenyl; or cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, with the proviso that groups R1 and R2 together contain at least three carbon atoms. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of compounds of the general Formula (I) by methods known per se. The compounds of the general Formula (I) are psychostimulants having a new spectrum of effect which can be used in therapy for increasing psychical activity (learning and retention) and for treating clinical patterns of depression and deficites of learning and retention like in Alzheimer's disease, and are void of side effects (e.g. due to catecholamine release) of known stimulants.(FR) Composition pharmaceutique comprenant comme principe actif un composé de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un alkyle à chaîne droite ou ramifiée comprenant de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone; un alkylphényle ayant de 7 à 10 atomes de carbone; un phényle; ou bien un cycloalkyle comprenant de 3 à 8 atomes de carbone; R2 représente un alkyle à chaîne droite ou ramifiée comprenant de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone, un alkyle comprenant de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone substitué par halogène, hydroxy, alkoxy ayant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou par un ou deux groupes phényle; un phényle; ou bien un cycloalkyle ayant de 3 à 8 atomes de carbone, à condition que les groupes R1 et R2 ensemble contiennent au moins trois atomes de carbone. L'invention décrit également un procédé pour la préparation, par des méthodes connues en soi, des composés de formule générale (I). Lesdits composés sont des psychostimulants présentant un nouveau spectre d'activité pouvant être utilisé en thérapie pour accroître l'activité psychique (apprentissage et mémorisation), et pour traiter des modèles cliniques de dépression et des déficiences d'apprentissage et de mémorisation comme dans la maladie d'Alzheimer, et sont dépourvus des effets secondaires (par exemple dûs à la libération de catécholamine) des stimulants connus.
