Tris(trimethylsilyl)sulfonium 1 and methylbis(trimethylsilyl)sulfonium 2 ions were prepared as long-lived species by reacting trimethylsilane and trityl tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate (Ph(3)C(+) TPFPB) in the presence of precursor sulfides and characterized by (1)H, (13)C, and (29)Si NMR spectroscopy at -78 degrees C. 通过在前体硫化物存在下使三甲基硅烷与三苯甲基四(五氟苯基)硼酸酯(Ph(3)C(+)TPFPB)反应,将三(三甲基甲硅烷基)ulf 1和甲基双(三甲基甲硅烷基)ulf离子制备为长寿命物质。在-78℃下通过(1)H,(13)C和(29)Si NMR光谱分析。由于形成了更稳定的三甲基ulf离子,在相似条件下尝试制备二甲基(三甲基甲硅烷基)ulf离子失败。通过密度泛函理论(DFT)/ IGLO方法计算结构以及(13)C和(29)Si NMR化学位移。计算结果与实验数据吻合良好。
