  The natural flavanoid dihydroquercetin was for the first time regioselectively phosphorylated using phosphoramidites. The resulting compounds were isolated in a homogeneous state as phosphorothioates, and their structure was confirmed by H-1, C-13, and P-31 NMR spectroscopy.
