Pd(0)–Cu(I)-catalyzed cross-coupling of alkynylsilanes with triarylantimony(V) diacetates

Treatment of alkynylsilanes with triarylantimony diacetates in
the presence of Pd2(dba)3·CHCl3
(5 mol%) and CuI (10 mol%) in CH3CN at 50 °C for 5 h
afforded aryl-substituted alkynes in good yield. Alternatively, direct carbonylative
coupling of triarylantimony diacetates with alkynylsilanes was accomplished
under atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide.
在50°C下,以CH3CN为溶剂,使用5 mol%的Pd2(dba)3·CHCl3和10 mol%的CuI处理炔基硅烷与三芳基锑二醋酸酯,反应5小时,获得了良好的芳基取代炔烃产率。另一方面,也可以在常压下直接进行三芳基锑二醋酸酯与炔基硅烷的羰基偶联反应。
