The synthesis of immunoregulatory glycoconjugates, namely the active entity of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from Helicobacterpylori was achieved. The results of biological activities of the LPS partialstructures provide the structural basis for the immunobiological activity, especially for the immune inhibitory activity of H. pylori LPS.
