An aromatic compound which improves emission efficiency and an organic electroluminescence device including the same are provided. The organic electroluminescence device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode opposite to the first electrode; and a plurality of organic layers between the first electrode and the second electrode, where at least one organic layer among the plurality of organic layers includes the aromatic compound.
