制备方法与用途

外观：微黄色液体

香气：具有甜的草莓香气

用途：异丁酸麦芽酚酯带有奶油风味，常用于烘烤食品、饮料、胶冻和布丁以及冷饮中。

合成工艺：在装有搅拌器、滴液漏斗及内温度计的三颈烧瓶内依次加入甲苯、麦芽酚和碳酸钠，开启搅拌。室温下滴加异丁酸酐，约1小时滴加完毕后继续搅拌2小时。停止搅拌，用15%的氢氧化钠溶液洗涤，然后用水洗涤。回收溶剂，再进行减压蒸馏得异丁酸麦芽酚酯。
