  合成了一类新的邻环丙氨酸衍生的手性助剂，并在有机锂试剂向亚胺的亲核加成中进行了测试。前体可通过在三烷基膦存在下，相应的原酰基叠氮化物与多种醛之间的氮杂-维蒂希反应来制备。有机锂试剂的亲核加成导致加成产物具有良好的产率和良好的至优异的非对映选择性（从85:15至99：1）。在温和的水解条件下可以容易地获得手性，非外消旋的仲胺。此外，手性助剂可以定量收率回收并重新转化为起始原酰基叠氮化物前体。该方法应用于（S）-t-亮氨酸的合成。

The precursors can be prepared by an aza-Wittig reaction between the corresponding orthoacyl azide and a variety of aldehydes in the presence of trialkylphosphines.
