The present invention relates to multimeric oleamide derivatives having connexin 26 inhibitory activities and embraces the dimer oleamide derivatives represented by the following formula (1) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof:
where n denotes an integer of 3, 5, or 8. The novel oleamide derivatives of the present invention can be used not only as research reagents, but also in a wide industrial field because they exhibit useful bioactivities such as cancer metastasis/growth inhibition. Thus they have various applications, such as in medicines, supplements, and functional foods, in addition to cancer-preventive and cancer-therapeutic drugs.

La composition bitume/polymère renferme un bitume et, en poids du bitume, 0,5 à 15% d'un polymère, 0,05 à 10% d'une composante adhésiphore du type amine, amide ou imidazoline et éventuellement 1 à 30% d'un agent fluxant, la composante adhésiphore étant greffée au polymère présent dans la composition.
Cette composition est obtenue par mise en contact des ingrédients précités la composant, à une température entre 100° C et 230° C et sous agitation, en présence d'un agent de couplage fournissant du soufre libre élémentaire ou radicalaire.
Application de la composition à la réalisation de revêtements tels que revêtements superficiels routiers, d'enrobés ou de revêtements d'étanchéité.
