    was prepared in three steps from 1,2-diethoxycarbonyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridazine (IV). The two alcohols were added to several aryl isocyanates and afforded fourteen new phenylurethan derivatives which showed moderate anticonvulsant activity in mice.
