制备方法与用途

化学性质： 黄色针状结晶，其钠盐熔点为168℃。

用途： 作为染料中间体，主要用于合成酸性媒介染料、偶氮染料以及硝基1,2,4-酸重氮氧化物等。

生产方法： 通过将1-氨基-2-萘酚-4-磺酸（1,2,4-酸）进行重氮化反应而制得。具体原料消耗定额为：1,2,4-酸（40%浓度）1052千克/吨、亚硝酸钠（98%浓度）320千克/吨、硫酸铜（96%浓度）11千克/吨、硫酸（98%浓度）1018千克/吨以及烧碱（40%浓度）31千克/吨。

  A thermally imageable element is disclosed. The element made up of a substrate and a composite layer structure composed of two layer coatings. Preferably, the first layer of the composite is composed of an aqueous developable polymer mixture containing a solubility inhibiting material and a photothermal conversion material which is contiguous to the hydrophilic substrate.
