  本发明提供了一种(1R,3S)‑3‑氨基环戊醇盐酸盐的制备方法，本发明以过氧化脲‑三氟乙酸酐体系为氧化剂，将所述化合物I进行氧化反应生成化合物II和化合物II′，避免了使用价格昂贵、危险性大的氧化剂；本发明利用异丙醇与酰氯化合物发生酯化反应得到的氯化氢与所述化合物III进行脱保护反应，与直接通入氯化氢与所述化合物III进行脱保护反应相比，工艺稳定性好，能够确保(1R,3S)‑3‑氨基环戊醇盐酸盐顺利从反应液中析出，而且便于操作，工作环境友好。此外，本发明提供的制备方法产物收率和纯度高，生产成本低、安全性高，且操作简单，适宜规模化生产。
