  本发明涉及有机合成技术领域，尤其是涉及一种3‑噻吩甲醛的制备方法。所述3‑噻吩甲醛的制备方法，包括如下步骤：将1,1,3,3‑四甲氧基丙烷于酸性条件下反应后，与1,4‑二硫‑2,5‑二醇在碱性条件下混合反应，后处理得到3‑噻吩甲醛。本发明的3‑噻吩甲醛的制备方法仅通过简单的混合搅拌反应，即可制备得到纯度超过98％的3‑噻吩甲醛产品，制备过程中无需超低温及使用危险试剂反应，提高了生产安全系数。并且本发明的制备方法操作简单，原料易得，节约了操作成本和原料成本，适用于工业化生产3‑噻吩甲醛。
