  The complexes of Co(II), Zn(II), and Mn(II) with methylimino-acetic acid N-oxide were investigated by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The nitrone ligand is shown to bind to the metal atom via the carboxyl nitrone oxygens. All the compounds are isostructural.
