  A method of treatment of tumors is provided based upon a compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein one of R.sup.1 is NHR.sup.4 or NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 or R.sup.3 is NHR.sup.4, NR.sub.4 R.sup.5 or OH, and the other is hydrogen; R.sup.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 lower alkyl; R.sup.4 is hydrogen, hydroxyl or C.sub.1-4 lower alkyl; and R.sup.5 is C.sub.1-4 lower alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.
