  (EN) New substituted urea compounds of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 is a group of formula (II), (III) or (IV), where n is 2 or 3, p is 1 or 2, q is 1 to 3, r is 1-3 and R4 and R5 are H,C1-7 alkyl or C3-6 cycloalkyl; a nd in R2 is an oxadiazole, substituted with C1-8 alkyl, C2-8 alkenyl, C2-8 alkynyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, benzyl, phenyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkylthio, amino or alkylamino; or wherein R2 is -C-R6=N-O-R7 wherein R6 is hydrogen or methyl and R7 is C1-6 alkyl which may be substituted with C3-7 cycloalkyl; and wherein R3 is hydrogen, halogen, nitro, substituted amine, trifluoromethyl, C1-6 alkyl or C1-6 alkoxy.
