  一种DOPO反应型阻燃剂及其制备方法和应用，在反应器中加入DOPO和有机溶剂，搅拌直到DOPO完全溶解，继续往反应器中加入环氧单体，60~90℃继续反应10~16 h，旋蒸去除溶剂，干燥得到环氧‑DOPO中间体；将环氧‑DOPO中间体和有机溶剂加入反应器中，搅拌直到环氧‑DOPO中间体完全溶解，继续往反应器中加入三羟甲基氧化膦和氢氧化钾，90~130℃继续反应10~16 h，旋蒸去除溶剂，干燥得到DOPO反应型阻燃剂。本发明所合成的DOPO反应型阻燃剂合成方法简单，可应用于塑料和泡沫阻燃。同时提高了塑料和泡沫的热稳定性和力学性能。泡沫的掉渣率明显减少，泡沫的耐压缩性能明显提升。
