-CH(2)-C(6)H(5), m=1.5 (H(2)SB(5)) and HL=1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-oxo-7-(piperazin-1-yl)-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid] were studied at room temperature.
