AbstractThis study focuses on the preparation, single crystal X-ray diffraction, characterization, and optical properties of some anthraquinone-based dyes. The anthraquinone-based antimicrobial dye N-2-[(9,10-dioxo-9,10-dihydroanthracen-1-yl)amino]-2-oxoethyl}-N,N-dimethylbutan-1-aminium chloride monohydrate (III) was obtained from 1-aminoanthraquinone (I) via 2-chloro-N-(9,10-dioxo-9,10-dihydroanthracen-1-yl)acetamide (II) using known preparation and characterization methods. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of III revealed a monoclinic system, space group P21/n, Z = 4. Photoluminescence properties of anthraquinone dyes I–III were also investigated. These dyes gave an intense emission (λmax = 341 nm) upon the irradiation by UV light and showed photoluminescence quantum yields of 73 %, 66 %, and 61 % with long excited-state lifetimes of 6.87 ns, 6.14 ns, and 5.69 ns, respectively. These anthraquinone dyes are of interest as an organic light emitting material for electroluminescent devices.
摘要:本研究重点研究了一些基于蒽醌的染料的制备、单晶X射线衍射、表征和光学性质。通过已知的制备和表征方法,从1-氨基蒽醌(I)经2-氯代-N-(9,10-二氢-9,10-二氧基蒽-1-基)乙酰胺(II)制备得到了基于蒽醌的抗菌染料N-2-[(9,10-二氧基-9,10-二氢蒽-1-基)氨基]-2-氧代乙基}-N,N-二甲基丁基-1-胺盐酸单水合物(III)。对III的单晶X射线衍射分析显示为单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,Z = 4。还研究了蒽醌染料I-III的光致发光性质。这些染料在紫外光照射下发出强烈的发射(λmax = 341 nm),并显示出光致发光量子产率分别为73%,66%和61%,具有长的激发态寿命分别为6.87 ns,6.14 ns和5.69 ns。这些蒽醌染料作为有机发光材料在电致发光器件中具有一定的研究价值。
