  Twelve new 1 H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine phosphoramidate derivatives were synthesized under mild conditions by nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction of aminoalkylphosphoramidates over 4-Cl substituted pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine in good yields.
